These are all external things, look internally, develop a healthy relationship with your soul, body and mind.

Get intimate with yourself.

Get to know yourself, check in with yourself daily.

Ask yourself if this is what you truly want.

If you’re not coping, “that’s ok”, reach out to a family member, friend or a Health Care Practitioner.

When things happen out of your control, know that it’s not your fault, you are doing the best you can.

Give yourself more credit, stop being so hard on yourself.

You weren’t meant to do it alone, there’s plenty of help available to you, you just need to ask.

And please stop comparing your journey to someone else’s.

You are unique, worthy, beautiful, abundant, gifted, wise and most importantly...

You are needed!!!
