As my writing this blog I’m sitting on the coach in my yoga 🧘♀️ pants feeling very satisfied. Why you ask? Because I really listened to my body today. I actually woke up this morning feeling tired, with a slight headache. I woke up and asked my body what it needed to feel good today. It answered ‘make yourself some delicious french toast with stewed berries, maple 🍁 syrup, natural yoghurt and a cup of tea.’ 🍵 ‘Make sure you don’t forget to water me, 8 glasses will do.’ 💦
