⏳🤸‍♀️Living a Healthy Life is all about Balance⏳🤸‍♀️


As my writing this blog I’m sitting on the coach in my yoga 🧘‍♀️ pants feeling very satisfied.

Why you ask?

Because I really listened to my body today.

I actually woke up this morning feeling tired, with a slight headache.

I woke up and asked my body what it needed to feel good today.

It answered ‘make yourself some delicious french toast with stewed berries, maple 🍁 syrup, natural yoghurt and a cup of tea.’ 🍵

‘Make sure you don’t forget to water me, 8 glasses will do.’ 💦

It answered “practice yoga”, so I laid out my mat and did a beautiful vinyasa practice for 50min. 🧘‍♀️

It came to lunch time, I asked my body what do you need to eat to feel great today?

It answered, “I would love a Grilled Plant Based Burger 🍔 with some delicious sweet potato 🍠 chips.”

So on my way to Grilled I stopped by the grocery store and my body says...

‘You know I could really use a treat for later.’

‘Could you please buy me some peanut 🥜 m&m’s?’

So I bought them, drove home 🏡 & enjoyed a delicious lunch.

My body then said, ‘I would like something warming & uplifting to drink.’

So I went into the kitchen and made a warm turmeric latte.

Did you notice anything?

I didn’t once tell my body No.

Even when asked for a treat.

This is what it means to be in tune with your body and what it needs.

You end up feeling great, satisfied, nourished and happy.

My heart is full. ♥️
